Our company has two series of high speed slitting machines : one is for paper, another is for plastics such as OPP,PVC, PE etc.
Now, i will troudce the slitting machine for paper briefly:
main configuration:
1) the main control: one is 200m/min which adopts PLC, Touch screen,
one is 300m/min, it adopts MIC, touch screen, YASKAWA AC servo motor for fixed length,
2) air expansion shaft
3) analogue separate shaft control tension
4) vector inverter as speed regulator.
5) so the machine running well, lower noise, easy to operate.
