Process:

• There is a unwinding cradle which used for loading PP tube film, openning device to ultrasonic for sealing, before sealing, there is a insert white stripe device, puncher to cut off and then through the belt transimission the final product to the bedplate.
• Main control: It adopts the MITSUBISHI PLC programmable logic controller as main control, YASKAWA AC servo motor and touch screen.
• This machine has knurling, pneumatic puncher, auto following feeding and  auto deviation correcting device etc.
• It is the necessary machine which used for stationery industry.
